IT RPO Recruiter | Remote | B2B Contract
We're looking for an experienced IT RPO Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for our tech clients. If you understand technology, know how to partner with Hiring Managers, and make decisions based on data — we'd love to talk.
What you'll do:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes within an RPO model for IT clients
• Partner with Hiring Managers through intake calls, briefings, and calibration sessions
• Source candidates actively via LinkedIn, GitHub, community platforms, and referrals
• Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health)
• Deliver strong candidate experience throughout the process
What we're looking for:
• 2–3+ years of IT recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house — what matters is the tech context)
• Proven track record of working directly with Hiring Managers
• Solid understanding of the IT industry — you know your backend from frontend, what cloud means, how Agile works
• English at B2+ level (client communication, documentation, cross-border collaboration)
• Familiarity with core recruitment metrics and data-driven approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work fully independently in a remote setup
Nice to have:
• Background in non-IT industries (manufacturing, automotive) — gives you broader perspective
• Coaching or mentoring experience
• Practical use of AI tools in recruitment (ChatGPT, Gemini, Findem, Textio, etc.)
