ServiceNow AI Control Tower Architect — OT/IT Convergence | Remote | B2B Contract

We're looking for a senior ServiceNow architect who bridges enterprise IT service management with operational technology (OT) environments for one of the world's leading energy companies. You'll govern the ServiceNow AI Control Tower across a unified IT/OT operations landscape, designing integrations with SCADA/DCS systems, defining CMDB strategies for both IT and OT assets, and mentoring a cross-functional team of developers, OT engineers, and cybersecurity analysts.

What you'll do:

• Architect and govern the ServiceNow AI Control Tower across unified IT/OT operations, aligned with the ISA-95 Purdue Model hierarchy
• Design real-time data pipelines from SCADA/DCS systems (Honeywell, ABB, Yokogawa) into ServiceNow ITOM Health for AI-driven anomaly detection and predictive maintenance
• Define CMDB discovery strategies covering both enterprise IT assets and OT field devices (PLCs, RTUs, sensors)
• Lead integration between ServiceNow AI Control Tower and OSIsoft PI / AVEVA System Platform for unified operational intelligence dashboards
• Develop IEC 62443-compliant service management workflows within ServiceNow SecOps for OT cybersecurity incident response
• Establish AI Control Tower governance models covering autonomous remediation boundaries for IT vs. OT environments
• Mentor a cross-functional team of 8–12 ServiceNow developers, OT engineers, and cybersecurity analysts

What we're looking for:

• 12+ years of IT/OT experience with a minimum of 5 years on ServiceNow at architect level
• Certified ServiceNow Architect (CSA) with Now Assist/AI specialization
• Proven implementation of ServiceNow AI Control Tower in energy, utilities, or heavy industry
• Deep expertise in SCADA/DCS platforms from at least two major vendors (Honeywell Experion, ABB 800xA, Yokogawa CENTUM, or Emerson DeltaV)
• IEC 62443 Practitioner or GICSP certification (mandatory)
• Experience with ISA-95 data modeling and OT asset taxonomy within CMDB
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Systems Architecture

Nice to have:

• Prior experience with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or equivalent NOC digital transformation programs
• Hands-on exposure to OSIsoft PI SDK / AVEVA MES integration with ServiceNow
• Familiarity with NERC CIP or IEC 61850 in hybrid IT/OT contexts
• Arabic language proficiency
