Position Details: (OneNetwork #010) Senior AI Engineer

Senior AI Engineer (2 positions) | Remote | B2B Contract | March – June 2026 (ref. #010)

We're looking for two Senior AI Engineers to build and deploy AI agents that augment supply chain and business operations processes across the North America OneNetwork platform. You'll execute defined backlog items using P&G's internal agent frameworks, translating business requirements into production-ready AI. You'll work closely with the pod lead and data engineers to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability—while mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence. Start date: ASAP.

What you'll do:

• Build and deploy AI agents that augment supply chain and business operations processes
• Execute defined backlog items using P&G's internal agent frameworks, translating business requirements into production-ready AI
• Design and implement prompt orchestration patterns and agent tooling for complex workflows
• Work closely with the Pod Lead and data engineers to ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI agents in production
• Mentor and support junior team members with execution, technical excellence, and continuous improvements
• Ensure all development is documented—create standard operating procedures for deployed assets
• Develop and refine procedures for improving and accelerating SDLC cycles
• Contribute to code quality, testing, and deployment standards across the delivery pod

What we're looking for:

• Senior-level experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML applications
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or comparable agent frameworks
• Proficiency with Azure AI services and cloud-based AI deployment
• Experience with agent tooling, prompt orchestration, and API integration
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into production-ready, maintainable AI solutions
• Track record of mentoring developers and driving technical standards within a team
• Strong documentation habits—SOPs, runbooks, architecture decision records
• English at C1 level — close collaboration with North American teams and distributed delivery groups
• Ability to work within a fixed enterprise architecture and established patterns

Nice to have:

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or order-to-cash domains
• Background with knowledge graphs or semantic layer architectures
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery environments
• Experience accelerating SDLC processes through automation and tooling improvements
