UX Designer — AI & Conversational Experience | Remote | B2B Contract | March – June 2026 (ref. #008)
We're looking for a UX designer to shape how users interact with AI agents embedded in business processes across the North America OneNetwork platform. You'll design and implement conversational flows and interaction patterns for agentic systems — defining intuitive, workflow-centric user experiences for intelligent operations. The focus is on ensuring solutions are usable, trusted, and embedded naturally into day-to-day business processes. Start date: ASAP.
What you'll do:
- Design and implement conversational flows and interaction patterns for AI agents integrated into business workflows
- Define intuitive, workflow-centric user experiences for intelligent operations
- Model end-to-end workflows that blend human decision-making with AI-driven automation
- Shape how users interact with agentic systems—ensuring clarity, trust, and natural integration into daily processes
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications for conversational and AI-driven interfaces
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and AI/ML teams to translate business needs into usable design patterns
- Establish and document UX patterns and guidelines for human-agent interaction across the platform
- Validate designs through user testing, feedback loops, and iterative refinement
What we're looking for:
- Professional experience in UX design with a focus on conversational design and workflow modeling
- Demonstrated understanding of AI UX patterns and human-agent interaction principles
- Ability to design for trust, transparency, and usability in AI-assisted workflows
- Experience modeling complex business processes and translating them into intuitive user journeys
- Strong prototyping and wireframing skills using modern design tools
- Comfort working in cross-functional, distributed teams alongside developers and product stakeholders
- English at B2+ level — close collaboration with North American teams and distributed delivery groups
Nice to have:
- Experience designing for agentic AI, copilots, chatbots, or intelligent assistants in enterprise settings
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or network operations platforms
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Agile delivery environments
- Knowledge of prompt design or LLM-driven interaction flows
- Experience conducting usability research for novel interaction paradigms
